Derek has worked in the business for over 25 years and is responsible for all financial management. This includes issuing invoices and accepting payments. Derek oversees all quality assurance and is responsible for ensuring our HACCP certifications are maintained and training all staff in our business processes and correct food handling practices.

Deliveries and Dispatch

Con coordinates the preparation of customer orders and their dispatch. Using our GPS tracking technology, he monitors the delivery of customer orders is able to provide updates to customers as required. As our Workplace Health and Safety Coordinator he ensures that we are providing a safe working environment for all staff.
